Refund Policy

Unopened items. Because these are sensitive research materials, we accept returns of unopened, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, less original shipping.

Damaged or incorrect orders. If a lot arrives damaged, or does not match what you ordered, contact us within 7 days at research@prevawellness.com and we will replace it or refund it in full.

How refunds are issued. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item. Opened or used research materials cannot be returned for safety reasons.
